More than ever putting solar panels on your roof is one of the best investments a homeowner can make. But if for whatever reason your home isn’t suitable for on-site solar panels or if you’re a renter, there are now options with a recent change in New York State. Homeowners and renters can now own a share of an off-site solar panel installation and get nearly the same benefit on their power bills as if the panels were installed on-site. This informative presentation will cover the “shared solar” option and answer your questions about solar panels, on-site or otherwise.
